Looking to kick start our small family bizo from home which will be run by me and my partner hoping for your support to get us out there!!!!
This is the Menu we are looking at doing
Hangi-Lamb,Pork,Chicken,Spud,Pumpkin,Sweet Potato,Cabbage,Stuffing, $10
Puku Buster-Hangi + 2 Fry Breads,Drink,Steam Pudding & Custard or Cream, or Swap for Banana Cake $15.
Raw Fish $4
Steam Pudding $3 a plate
Flounder $5 baked in cream and onion
Fry Bread 5 - $3
Drinks $1.50
This will be the menu to start with just to get us started if all goes well there will be a few extras added so looking to get everyone's support in making this work for us
When we confirm our first date cut off will be a Friday.Its still not yet certain but we are thinking bout doing it in 2 serves as in a morning pick up round 9am and a arvo pick up round 1pm will all be done from our house in Heritage Park near Brown Plains will let people know address when we get started looking at getting the first one done in about 3-4 weeks then all going well will be every saturday there after.Delivery's will be available within certain area's.
